Recipe For a Kashmiri Kahwa Mojito (cocktail)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed Kashmiri Kahwa tea, cooled.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste).
  • Fresh mint leaves.
  • Crushed ice.
  • Soda water.
  • Lime slices for garnish.

Instructions:

  1. Brew Kashmiri Kahwa tea and let it cool.
  2. In a glass, muddle fresh mint leaves with lime juice and honey.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  4. Pour the cooled Kashmiri Kahwa tea over the ice and mint mixture.
  5. Top with soda water for a fizzy kick.
  6. Stir gently to combine the flavors.
  7. Garnish with lime slices.
