Recipe For a Moroccan Mint Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp Moroccan mint tea
- 1 large bunch fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 1/4 cup sugar (to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (optional)
Instructions:

Boil water: Bring 4 cups to a boil.

Rinse: Warm a teapot with some boiling water, then discard.

Brew: Add tea and pour in 1/2 cup boiling water. Swirl and discard.

Steep: Add mint, remaining water, and sugar. Steep 5 minutes.

Cool: Strain into a pitcher, cool, then refrigerate.
